Russian Faberge Replica Easter Egg Church of Savior St. Petersburg

When I was looking for a Fabergé Easter Egg I found this amazing egg with the church hidden inside, St. Peterburg is the name of the church.

The shell is not very tall only 2.6" H and weighs 1.76 ounces, it is made of non-ferrous metals and enamels with an added crystal, beautifully colored in gold.

What a great gift for this spring holiday, everyone will love it, inside is the cathedral of the town where the Russian Tsar was assassinated, and after his death, a wall was added to the cathedral in his memory.




I love this artists creation, though this is a replica, it still very beautiful and as it can open, you can take the cathedral out and there is a cross on top of the shell, I love the story that the Tsar ordered an Egg every year for his wife for this holiday occasion, and every year with a surprise hidden inside could be a pendant or gemstone.
