They are powered by the sun, and they are easy to assemble, remember to switch the button in the position ON, find a sunny spot in the garden or on the patio, and make sure they get enough sunlight during the day and they will work at dusk.
Especially these days it is nice to have a décor that doesn't need electricity and doesn't need to be near a plug, let the sun be your power.
